Gaëlle Guilloux

Strategic Advisor

En 2024, Gaëlle devient Conseillère Stratégique pour Water Unite, représentant l’organisation en France. Elle soutient la mission de Water Unite qui rejoint avec elle le réseau Top Tier Impact France. En tant que co-leader du groupe "Nature, Eau, Biodiversité" de TTI, Gaëlle est engagée dans la promotion de solutions durables et de la gestion environnementale.

Gaëlle Guilloux est titulaire d'un Master Spécialisé en Stratégie et Management des Affaires Internationales de l'ESSEC et diplômée de l'École Supérieure de Commerce et de Gestion (INSEEC) de Bordeaux. En 2023, elle obtient également une certification en Responsabilité Sociétale des Entreprises (RSE) de la Rennes School of Business. Elle débute sa carrière en 1995 en se concentrant sur le développement commercial dans le secteur pharmaceutique. En 1998, elle rejoint Proof9, un éditeur de logiciels financiers, où elle joue un rôle clé dans le lancement de solutions innovantes destinées aux salles de marchés.

En 2002, Gaëlle devient consultante chez Gérer Conseil, une filiale du groupe Caisse d'Épargne. Elle excelle dans l'expansion de la distribution des produits d'épargne salariale auprès des conseillers en gestion de patrimoine indépendants (CGPI). En 2007, elle rejoint BNP Paribas Assurances (Cardif) en tant que Responsable du Développement de la Multigestion, où elle gère les relations avec les sociétés de gestion et développe des produits financiers d’assurance-vie adaptés au marché des CGPI.

En novembre 2008, Gaëlle intègre Dorval Finance, où elle contribue pendant 14 ans au succès de l’entreprise. Ses réalisations incluent le lancement de plusieurs nouvelles gammes de fonds, dont un fonds axé sur le climat. En 2023, elle rejoint une fintech, apportant son expertise en stratégie et en durabilité

In 2024, Gaëlle took on the role of Strategic Advisor for Water Unite, representing the organisation in France. She supports Water Unite that joins the Top Tier Impact France network, where Gaëlle serves as co-leader for the "Nature, Water, Biodiversity" group. Gaëlle is dedicated to advancing sustainable solutions and environmental stewardship at TTI France.
Gaëlle Guilloux holds a Specialised Master’s in Strategy and Management of International Business from ESSEC and is a graduate of École Supérieure de Commerce et de Gestion (INSEEC) in Bordeaux. In 2023, she furthered her expertise with a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) certification from Rennes School of Business.

Starting her career in 1995, Gaëlle initially focused on commercial development in the pharmaceutical sector. In 1998, she joined Proof9, a leading financial software publisher, where she was instrumental in launching innovative solutions tailored for trading floors. In 2002, Gaëlle transitioned to a consultancy role at Gérer Conseil, a subsidiary of Caisse d'Épargne. There, she excelled in expanding the distribution of employee savings products among independent financial advisors (IFAs). Her next significant role was at BNP Paribas Assurances (Cardif) in 2007, where she served as Head of Multi-Management Development. She managed key relationships with asset management firms and spearheaded the development of financial insurance products tailored for the IFA market. In November 2008, Gaëlle joined Dorval Finance, where she played a crucial role for 14 years in driving the firm's success. Her achievements included launching several new fund ranges, with a notable emphasis on a climate-focused fund. In 2023, Gaëlle transitioned to a finTech, leveraging her strategic and sustainability expertise.
